Job DescriptionGeneral Function:The Integration Supervisor provides line of sight supervision of Integration department associates and activities along with providing support with departmental administrative tasks. In addition, the Integration Supervisor is responsible for activities associated with ensuring adequate production levels are maintained and quality outcomes are achieved with every order, every day. The Integration Supervisor also acts as an IT liaison to clients, internal account owners and internal IT. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Report to work daily according to assigned schedule.Adhere to and enforce all security rules and regulations.Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations and ensure proper usage of safety equipment.Adhere to, and enforce all company policies and procedures including but not limited to: HR policies, department procedures, etc.... Supervisory Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and train departmental employees.Supervise employee performance, quality of work, and productivity levels. This includes performance of thorough quality assurance (QA) inspections as spect employee time and attendance patterns and ensure proper timekeeping procedures are followed.Perform 1st line approval of employee time off with pay requests with departmental and company workload in mind.Report associate/department OT requirements to the Integration Services Manager.Ensure adequate levels of company/client provided supplies are maintained for use within the municate with clients related to Integration activities, changes, quality concerns, client order issues, new business, etc.…Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders regarding potential and current engagements.Conduct employee one-on-one meetings.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, performance management, recognition, rewards, discipline, and terminations.Maintain a high-performance environment.Groom and develop the departmental lead and assist the department manager with identification of future leaders (succession planning).Keep abreast of changes in technologies.Act as the department manager when appropriate or necessary. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in an IT field of study a plusCompTIA A+ certification preferred.Must provide evidence of 1-2 years of direct Supervisory/Management experience, preferably in an IT field.Positive attitude with the ability to "team build" and motivate associates.Ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong familiarity with standard IT equipment including pc's, laptops, print devices, servers, storage, mobile and networking devices. Additional certifications in these areas are a plus, namely Cisco.Previous Point-of-Sale (POS) experience would be beneficial.Project Coordination (PC) and Project Management (PM) skills would be beneficial.Strong familiarity with standard image deployment tools and image deployment methodologies, including SCCM, MECM, and modern managed desktop technologies.Previous experience with WAN, LAN, SD-WAN hardware and MDM technologies would be beneficial.Any experience with automation or coding would be a plus.Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral.Strong MS Office knowledge, skills, and abilities.Strong customer service skills.Oracle EBS knowledge a plus. Mental Demands:While performing the duties of this class, employees are regularly required to effectively use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information and documents; analyze and solve problems; use math and mathematical reasoning; learn and apply new skills and information; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; and interact with Pomeroy employees, Clients and Vendors. Specific incumbent must maintain composure in a fast paced, high-quality environment where personal and team accountabilities are the defining factors.
