Continuous Improvement Manager | Charlotte, MI Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational efficiency and eliminating waste? We are collaborating with leading companies in Charlotte seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers to drive results. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles. Mentor and coach employees at all levels in problem-solving techniques and CI methodologies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing operations. Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems for sustained gains. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt. Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, 8D). Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive cultural change, and influence stakeholders at all levels. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles.
