About the Hospital and Department: Position will manage a growing 25 bed ED that sees over 48,000 annual patient visitsVery well-supported by a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses and a Department EducatorReports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer About the Director, Emergency Department (RN) Role:Primary responsibilities will include the strategic and visionary direction of the department, establishing goals and objectives, serving as a mentor to the nursing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building and maintaining positive physician relationships.
