AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the V-22 Tiltrotor Program, PMA-275. This position directly supports NAVAIR's PMA-275 program from cradle-to-grave procurement, development, support, fielding, and disposal of the tiltrotor program systems for U.S. Marine Corps medium-lift assault support, the U.S. Air Force's Special Operations Forces long-range infiltration, exfiltration and resupply missions, and Navy’s long-range/medium-lift element of the intra-theater aerial logistics capability.At AVIAN (pronounced *a-v-yin*) we believe in the extraordinary potential of every individual. From Flexible Time Off to Wellness Reimbursements we want all our team members to achieve the highest levels of life/work balance.AVIAN - where creative, talented minds flourish, and where proactive, productive, proficient professionals feel valued.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs tasks with little or no guidanceHas knowledge in area of engineering expertiseAnalyzes program requirement, status, and schedulesReviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentationProvides status reports and responds to data calls as required by the program Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation and Lead Test EngineerResource scheduling and trackingUse of Microsoft Office tools include Microsoft ProjectKnowledge and experiencewith logistics integrationKnowledge of Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA)Familiar with NAVAIR iTest suite of tools and standard T&E metrics used for T&E program managementAt least three to ten years of experienceA Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for an additional2 yearDemonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Salary range $110,000 to $130,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)AVIAN is a service-based organization.
