Responsibilities : Act as a membership ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service to current, potential, and former members, and responding promptly and professionally to all communications. Address member issues to ensure retention and renewals, escalating complex issues to the appropriate supervisor. Communicate effectively to promote association products, benefits, and services, while maximizing transaction value. Manage the processing of membership applications, renewals, reinstatements, and changes, as well as registrations for conferences, webinars, and podcasts, ensuring adherence to finance/accounting best practices. Engage in new member outreach and engagement initiatives, conducting courtesy calls and updating records accurately. Support finance and accounting tasks, including reconciliations and resolving account issues, and manage reports. Qualifications: 4+ years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a membership association. A bachelor's degree is preferred; A high school diploma is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iMIS is required! Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.
