Position Title: CNC Maintenance Technician Location: Mansfield, TX Schedule: Onsite, Mondayu2013Friday, 6:30 AMu20133:00 PM Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm Hourly Pay: $27.00u2013$29.00 Position Summary This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and product quality. The CNC Maintenance Technician oversees the Preventive Maintenance Program, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports all production-related equipment needs. This is a critical position in ensuring seamless operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Maintain all production equipment to ensure optimal performance and maximum productivity u2022 Develop, manage, and perform preventive maintenance in alignment with the quality system u2022 Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate production equipment u2022 Work independently with minimal supervision u2022 Support IQ, OQ, and machine qualification processes u2022 Manage and maintain spare parts inventory u2022 Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines u2022 Follow all company safety rules and promote a safe work environment u2022 Record and report maintenance activity accurately and timely u2022 Adhere to all company policies, work instructions, and the Code of Conduct u2022 Perform additional duties assigned by management u2022 Additional responsibilities as required by supervisors or managers Key Attributes The ideal candidate will demonstrate alignment with the companyu2019s mission to improve lives, advance oral health, and restore confidence.
