Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and care. This is a contract position offering a hybrid schedule, with a mix of remote and onsite work. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and attention to detail. u2022 Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance requests and account-related matters. u2022 Provide detailed and accurate information about services to residents, ensuring their satisfaction. u2022 Resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive resident relationships. u2022 Maintain detailed records of resident interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints, using internal systems. u2022 Collaborate with various departments to find solutions and ensure resident needs are met. u2022 Follow up with residents to confirm their concerns have been addressed and resolved. u2022 Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor. u2022 Utilize multiple software systems to accurately input and update resident information. u2022 Support team members and foster a collaborative working environment across departments. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or property management environment. u2022 Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction. u2022 Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. u2022 Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate effectively with residents. u2022 Experience in property management or residential services is highly desirable. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including email correspondence. u2022 Capability to learn and adapt to multiple software systems efficiently.
