Site Safety Manager

Job Title: Site Safety ManagerJob Description We are seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) execution across active industrial and construction projects. You will partner closely with project managers, field leaders, and peer EHS professionals to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and advance a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities + Lead the execution of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across active industrial and construction projects. + Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and EHS professionals to ensure regulatory compliance. + Implement safety procedures to reduce risk and promote a culture of safety. + Conduct safety training and management to uphold construction safety standards. Essential Skills + 5 years of commercial construction experience. + OSHA 30 certification. + Experience in safety procedures, EHS, and safety management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + OSHA 500 Certification. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
