Requisition #: 622103 Location: High Point, NC, US, 27262 Career Area: Corporate + Field Support Description: Job Description The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and content creation for social media platforms, WordPress website, and the creation of digital and print content for High Point University Dining. The Marketing Intern will be required to interact with students, guests, and employees in a professional manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities u2022 Engages with guests with a positive and welcoming attitude. u2022 Aid in the planning and execution of a full calendar of marketing events. u2022 Assist in designing, ideating and maintaining a variety of signage, both physical and digital, around campus to promote events and encourage meal plan sales u2022 Analyze weekly social media strategy, analytic reports and assist in generating marketing proposals. u2022 Assist in driving revenue at multiple dining locations by planning promotions and engaging students. u2022 Build photography inventory daily. u2022 Create engaging content for website design and website maintenance. u2022 Work to improve brand presence on all campus dining social media platforms. u2022 Stay up to date with digital media technology and trends. Qualifications u2022 Pursuing a Bacheloru2019s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant field u2022 Strong visual eye u2022 Ability to work on multiple tasks at once u2022 Familiarity with a wide variety of social media platforms u2022 Experience in photography, videography and editing u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office Suite u2022 Knowledge and love of food is a plus This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
