Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a call center environment. This role involves handling inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: + Answer inbound calls regarding prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information. + Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong attention to detail. + Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems and programs. + Handle high call volumes (50u2013100 calls per day depending on complexity). + Maintain quality and accuracy standards. Top Skills: + Call center experience + Healthcare or medical industry knowledge + Strong customer service skills Schedule & Training: + Must be available 7 days a week between 5 AM u2013 10 PM (specific shift assigned after training). + Training: Mondayu2013Friday, 8 AM u2013 4:30 PM for 4 weeks. + Mandatory overtime in January and February. + Participation in training is critical; candidates must pass 4 tests with an average score of 90%. Qualifications: + Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience within the last 2u20133 years. + Stable work history (no jumpy resumes). + Typing speed of at least 30 WPM. + Strong computer skills. + Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously. Additional Information: + Candidates will be measured on quality and accuracy. + Must complete required assessments: + Typing Test (30 WPM minimum) + Call Center Telephone Skills (75% minimum) + Please indicate if you have a Pharmacy Technician certification or are bilingual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
