Job Description u2022u2003Business Analyst is a trained IT functional systems analyst and consultant working to improve business capabilities by facilitating the implementation of process and system improvements. u2022u2003They will work in a highly collaborative setting of internal and external staff, and with key business partners in the support of existing production systems and in the execution of new system projects. u2022u2003They will serve as a functional expert in Supply Chain System, specifically Warehouse Management System. u2022u2003They will work closely with the business stakeholders to identify system needs, provides guidance and influence throughout the process from concept to implementation. u2022u2003They will document requirements and assume responsibility for obtaining sign-off from customer and business partners on moderate to highly complex projects. General understanding of IT processes and dynamics within a complex, highly integrated environment u2022u2003A solid understanding of industry best practices in retail or IT; specific demonstrated experience mapping business processes and comparing those processes to industry best practices u2022u2003Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills u2022u2003Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts u2022u2003Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders (i.e. Use Case and User Story Development) u2022u2003Preferred experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches
