What We Expect + A product leader with 7+ years in enterprise AI, analytics, or data-driven software. + Translate complex People Intelligence and workforce problems into PRDs that define clear agentic use cases, required capabilities, and measurable success metrics. + Design goal-driven, multi-step AI agents that can: + Reason over structured and unstructured workforce data + Design and orchestrate Agentic tools that can recommend next-best actions and decisions + Partner with engineering and data science to align on LLM usage, prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks + Define agent behaviors including memory, context awareness, explainability, confidence, and enterprise guardrails Bonus If You Bring + Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Fusion Analytics, or other workforce platforms. + Experience building tools for CHROs, COOs, or people managers. + A strong foundation in responsible AI, agent frameworks, or decision intelligence systems. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
