In this unique opportunity, you will support internal and external projects through high u2011 quality map design, data creation, and foundational spatial analysis using Geographic Information System (GIS) platforms. What You'll Do: + Perform basic data gathering and data conversion assignments as well as database/geodatabase and metadata management tasks + Prepare simple cartographic maps and perform basic geo u2011 processing and spatial analysis operations using GIS software + Build working knowledge of industry u2011 specific datasets and their application in projects while maintaining company standards for accuracy and quality What You Bring: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Geography, GIS certificate, or related degree required + Minimum of 1 year of relevant GIS experience required + Basic Microsoft Office and ESRI ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro software skills required; familiarity with AutoCAD, Smallworld, MapInfo, and Google Earth is a plus + Basic knowledge of geographically referenced data such as projects, datum, and map scales required + Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and perform tasks with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy and quality + Strong problem u2011 solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask + Ability to work independently and on a team with a professional client service mindset Why You'll Love It Here: + Make a real impact by elevating data quality that underpins planning, design, and operations + Grow your ESRI skill set in a collaborative environment with supportive mentorship Curious about the impactful work our Geospatial team is doing? Salary Range: $24.03 - $26.44 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
