Overview Selling Company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales or Major Market Sales organizations. Responsibilities u00b7 Identify potential clients in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space through prospecting and referrals, and while leveraging tools and technology. u00b7 Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs. u00b7 Call on potential clients in person and by phone to present Paycor products and services. u00b7 Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources. u00b7 Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast. u00b7 Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities. u00b7 Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets. u00b7 Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients and the successful processing of the initial payroll. u00b7 Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction. u00b7 Record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner, preferably daily. u00b7 Work closely with Client Services and Implementation team to support effective new client implementation and transition. u00b7 Complete regular reports as required, including CRM updates. u00b7 On an as needed basis, assist RSD in the development of less experienced Sales Executives. u00b7 Demonstrate a strong work ethic and regular attendance. u00b7 Maintain ethical business practices. u00b7 Other duties as assigned. Qualifications u00b7 H.S. Diploma u2013 Required; Bachelor's Degree - Preferred u00b7 2-6 years of experience in HCM industry u2013 Preferred u00b7 Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision. u00b7 Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills u00b7 Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills u00b7 Driver's License u2013 Required Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $75,000 - $160,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
