Microsoft Cloud Solutions SpecialistFacility: On-site, Trenton, NJGeneral DescriptionThe Microsoft Cloud Solutions Specialist will support the management of our Microsoft Azure cloud environment, assist with collecting and processing data from various sensors and systems into SQL databases, and provide technical support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module.Specific Dutiesu2022 Assist with administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure resources.u2022 Support integration of data from sensors and IoT devices into SQL databases for reporting and analytics.u2022 Develop and maintain data pipelines and scheduled jobs to ensure continuous data flow and integrity.u2022 Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including configuration changes, user access, and troubleshooting.u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements for new integrations or reporting needs.u2022 Help optimize performance and ensure data security and compliance across cloud and application systems.u2022 Document processes, configurations, and data flow diagrams.u2022 Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities for new Microsoft-based solutions.Other DutiesPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
