Home Care Aide / Personal Care Aide part-time

A part-time Home Care Aide / Personal Care Aide is needed for an employer in Utah. This position will cover: Blanding, Moab, Price, Castledale, Vernal and Roosevelt Employer: Blue Tern Home Care LLC Location: Utah Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay Rate: $16.00, $18.00 on weekends Job Summary: Blue Tern Home Care LLC is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Aides / Personal Care Aides to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients. This role supports clients with daily living activities while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Essential Duties: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with transfers and positioning using proper techniques Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping tasks Provide companionship and emotional support Provide medication reminders Observe and report changes in client condition Complete required documentation and timekeeping Communicate professionally with clients, families, and management Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, maneuver, and support up to 30 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and assist with client mobility Ability to pass a criminal background check as required by Utah law Ability to pass TB screening per agency policy Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes Ability to follow care plans and agency procedures Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous home care, personal care, or caregiving experience CNA certification preferred but not required Additional Information: This position provides non-medical care only Employment is at-will under Utah law Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals
