CREW Team Member Job Description: J. Smith McDonalds is seeking Crew team members to *Cashier, Cook Sandwich making, Grill and Cleaning* for the morning, evening or closing shift. Must be able to stand for the entirety of their shift with a 30-minute break following at least four hours of work. Must be able to have full use of both hands for cashiering, cooking and assembling food, and packing orders. Must be able to contribute to daily cleaning mopping floor, washing dishes, and general wiping down of eat in areas as well as cooking and serving areas. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: You'll need an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
