As an Engineering Manager on the Community Discovery team, you will lead one of three engineering teams working collaboratively to build innovative discovery experiences on Twitch. You'll partner closely with an applied science team to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into production systems that directly impact millions of daily active users. In this role, you'll oversee the development of software and services that power critical discovery features including recommendations, search, feed ranking, and notification relevanceu2014helping creators connect with their audiences and viewers discover content they love. You can work from Twitchu2019s headquarters in San Francisco, CA; or from one of our hub locations in Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market.
