Key Tasks: Design engineering, integration, and testing of data exploitation applications for commercial, military and intelligence users. Software Engineer responsibilities will include: u00b7 Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software Participating in the full software development lifecycle using the SAFe Agile Methodology u00b7 Developing creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges u00b7 Participating in the team's daily standups, testing, and demos u00b7 Developing unit tests and test procedures to assist in maintaining code coverage u00b7 Providing inputs towards the architecture solution u00b7 TS or TS/SCI security clearance Required Skills: u00b7 Experience in Java u00b7 Agile Software Development experience u00b7 Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) Desired Skills: u00b7 Machine Learning, Data Analytics experience u00b7 Experience with XML and/or JSON data schema development u00b7 Cloud Solution knowledge u00b7 Docker and Kubernetes knowledge u00b7 DevSecOps knowledge Required Education/Certifcations: u00b7 Associate Engineer (CT7): Entry-level to experienced, but still a learner typically with an advanced degree and 0 years experience or bachelors degree and 0-2+ years experience or equivalent u00b7 Engineer 1 (CT8): Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelors with 5+ years experience or equivalent u00b7 Senior Engineer (CT9): Emerging authority typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelors with 9+ years experience or equivalent; applies extensive expertise u00b7 Principal Engineer (CT10): Expert, authority in discipline typically with an advanced degree and 12+ years experience or bachelors with 14+ years experience or equivalent u00b7 Engineer Consultant (CT11): Senior consultant to top management typically with an advanced degree and 18+ years experience or bachelors with 20+ years experience or equivalent The proposed salary range for these positions in Colorado is 75,000 u2013 230,000 (CT7 u2013 CT11). Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
