As theCenter Therapy Director, your responsibilities include supervisoryduties and providing rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, anddiseased patients within the center. You'll align with ConcentraMedical Centers' Injury Process Management, their rehabilitationphilosophy in occupational medicine, and relevant policies, practices,and regulations. Responsibilities Spends 100% of time in a centerproviding direct patient care, leading by example, and creating anexceptional patient experience Manages key clinical center metrics thatare provided by Clinical Analytics and relate to quality outcomes andholds therapists accountable Consistently demonstrates all components ofthe Physical Therapy Guidebook and the Perfect PT visit Manages clinicaloutcomes and addresses outlier cases with staff therapists Ensuresclinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referralsand scheduling Executes therapy plan for each patient with a focus onearly intervention and same day evaluation Creates a professional andcollaborative working environment with full colleague participation thatpromotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safetyWorks with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities Fostersrelationships with employers, referral sources and payer groups throughroutine communications and engagement opportunities Masters use ofclinical systems to ensure efficient and excellent supportivedocumentation, appropriate and optimal coding levels, charge capture,and follow-through on all patient care orders Ensures compliance withindividual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC RegulationsDrives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics Activelyparticipates in CLT meetings with COD and CMD to...
