Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule:Onsite, Full-time, Mondayu2013Friday with willingness to deploy or travel OCONUS as needed Role Overview: The Logistician III provides advanced logistics support for deployed and fielded systems. This role coordinates shipping, warehousing, inventory control, and fielding activities across multiple locations. Responsibilities include managing inventories, coordinating shipments to training and operational sites, supporting joint inventories, and ensuring logistics compliance with contract requirements. General Skillset + Experience with Microsoft Office + Verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work both collaboratively and individually + Critical Thinking Skills + Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset + Experience performing logistics operations including receiving, issuing, shipping, and inventory control + Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems for transaction processing and reporting + Ability to conduct inventory reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and causative research + Experience coordinating material movement and supporting warehouse operations + Knowledge of packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M) requirements + Ability to support and guide junior logistics personnel as needed + Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements in a logistics environment Requirements Education & Certifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field (preferred) + MHE License and OSHA Certification (preferred) Experience Requirements + 7+ years logistics experience in DoD environments with logistics or supply chain + Familiarity with IUID, inventory control, and fielding operations Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutionsu2019 professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clientsu2019 technical and management expectations.
