Manufacturing Assistant

We are looking for an organized and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our team! Manufacturing Assistant: PART TIME This role works to support manufacturing, production, and shipping as required. The position requires a can-do attitude who takes great pride in their work - and is meticulous in nature. At a glance: * Equipment and component preparation and sterilization * Compounding and blending * Capping * Labeling * Boxing * Building and packing boxes * Shipping and Handling Essential Functions * Assists with applicable manufacturing techniques and technologies. * Assists with operation of manufacturing and material handling equipment. * Documents activities in real time on controlled documentation. * Performs in-process testing, weight checks, component counting and basic math calculations. * Keeps workspace, tools, and equipment clean. * Assists with other manufacturing areas as required. * Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Functional Competencies * Detail oriented. * Excellent problem-solving and basic trouble-shooting ability * Good verbal and written communication and documentation skills * Ability to perform basic math calculations. * Ability to read and comprehend detailed written instructions * Ability to lift over 50 lbs. Education and Experience * Entry level * High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
