Job Description: The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessaryPre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are completeTransport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairsEducation and/or Experience Required High School diploma / GED preferredAbility to multitaskAutomotive experience preferredClear close vision required18 years or age or olderValid Driver's licenseStrong attention to detailRequired Skills/Abilities ​Customer Service AbilitiesPositive AttitudeTrustworthy and ReliableWillingness to learnOther Requirements Pulling/Pushing, CarryingWalking 5+SittingStanding 5+Stoop, Kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+Operate a motor vehicleLift up to 50 poundsWithstand exposure to working near moving mechanical partsStoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawlPlease note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
