Customer Service & Sales SupportMaintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.Provide knowledgeable product support and resolve issues efficiently.Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.2. Order Management & CommunicationEnter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.Respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels (phone, email, fax, etc.)Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill customer needs.3. Inventory & Showroom OperationsMaintain stock levels, organize the showroom, and support physical inventories.Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping logistics.Negotiate freight rates and manage inventory movement efficiently.4. Cash Handling & System UseOperate and balance the cash register and drawer daily using proper proceduresUtilize management software for billing, reporting, and project tracking.5. Product & Project KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date product expertise.Manage documentation and order details for large or complex projects.6. Logistics & Operations CoordinationCoordinate deliveries with Operations staff.Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products. Obtain information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.7. SafetyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Follow all safety protocols and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.Use proper lifting techniques.Adheres to all driving regulations based on state and/or jurisdiction policies such as wearing a seatbelt.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing.8. TrainingsMust attend all required meetings in relation to sales and all company required training programs.9. Physical RequirementsFrequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation.Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 50 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.Occasional driving or sitting in a truck, forklift or other similar equipment.Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.10.
