SHIFT: PRN, varied as neededWe are seeking a dedicated, licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care—including both clinical and distributive services—to patients served within our health system. Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience. Completion of an ASHP PGY-1 pharmacy residency in community practice or ambulatory care desirableExperience: Must be able to proficiently read, write and speak EnglishProficiency in navigating the electronic medical recordOne or more years of community pharmacy experience preferredOne or more years of hospital pharmacy experience desirableLicense(s)/Certification(s):Must maintain a current license to practice pharmacy in Iowa and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy ExaminersMust attain a license to practice pharmacy in Iowa within six months of employment if not currently licensedMust be directly supervised by a licensed pharmacist until Iowa Pharmacist license is obtainedValid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
