27000 EvergreenLathrup Village48076JOB SUMMARY:Provide maintenance for ATM's, coin and card machines plus related peripherals at any Michigan First Credit Union location. Additionally, provide scheduled cleanings and other basic maintenance and training. This position requires the use of basic hand tools, limited parts and a general understanding of PC, PC peripherals and network connectivity. Assist team members at all levels to ensure quality member service on a consistent basis. Position will also monitor equipment and place calls accordingly for hardware issues.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Basic troubleshooting skillsMonitors ATM and Coin Machine networks to ensure 24x7 uptime. If issues arise, takes the lead on seeking immediate remediation results in addition to following all internal communication protocolsFollow access procedures for entering and exiting Michigan First Credit union locationsAssists vendors and other Credit Union team members to identify and implement solutions to issues that impact 100% uptime.Works as part of the Technology Solutions team to troubleshoot and communicates issues related to all other Technology Solutions products and access channels.Ensures that Credit Union procedures and job tools related to Technology Solutions are updated regularly and made available as a resource and reference for other team members.Demonstrates ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels.Completes equipment cleanings on time.Possesses a safe driving recordMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionOther duties, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
