Senior Field Trainer/ Analyst (Houston/East Texas area)

Function 1:Coordinate and provide regular monitoring and technical assistance to professional development efforts in UT GUIDES 2025 GEAR UP grant districts.Function 2:Provide technical assistance and instructional support to districts to self-sustain professional development and provide on-the-job training through instructional coaching. Monitor the implementation of professional development in the classrooms and the impact on parent engagement and student performance.Function 3: Coordinate and assist with the development and implementation of face-to-face and virtual professional development training for GEAR UP educators. Deliver professional development to GEAR UP educators.Function 4: Provide up-to-date research, information, and available resources about promising practices to district teachers and leaders.Function 5:Provide regular updates to the project manager, grant directors, and the state office, and assist districts with associated data collection and reporting.
