Summary: Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: + Associates - Nursing Or - Diploma - Nursing + Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing + RN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) + BLS (Basic Life Support) + ACLS (Cardiovascular) + Preferred - PALS (Pediatric) + Clinical RN acute care experience + Preferred - Leadership experience Facility: BayCare Health System, Admin Hospital Womens-WHWH Location: Winter Haven Womens Status: PRN, Exempt: No Shift Hours: varies 0645-1915 and 1845-0715 Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
