Youu2019ll be part of a dedicated team who will provide a fast, friendly reservation process for our customers. Youu2019ll collaborate with other Penske team members within the corporate office and across our 2,200 rental facilities nationwide. Your daily responsibilities will be to help our customers find rental trucks, alleviate customer service issues and make decisions that help Penske now and in the future Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends. Qualifications: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required u2022 Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s Degree preferred u2022 Excellent customer service and sales skills required u2022 1 year of customer service experience required u2022 2 years of proven successful sales experience highly preferred u2022 Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred u2022 Proficiency with computers required u2022 Salesforce software experience preferred u2022 Bilingual written and verbal communications are highly preferred. u2022 Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours: holidays, nights and weekends u2022 Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers u2022 Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills as youu2019ll be handing inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources u2022 Ability to type, listen and think of an appropriate solution to your customer's needs all while keeping up a lively verbal exchange. u2022 Provide a legendary experience for all customers by connecting and providing solutions u2022 Basic math, logic, geography and problem solving skills as well as the ability to follow specific instructions are also required u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
