Chief Cyber Security Operations Manager Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: The Chief Cybersecurity Engineer provides leadership on the program to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, integrate, and sustain cybersecurity services and capabilities for NGA. The Chief Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for all technical performance and will serve as the primary point of contact within the program office for all technical matters and issues related to cybersecurity that are not within scope of the Cybersecurity Operations Manager. The Chief Cybersecurity Engineer will report to the government Chief of Cybersecurity Engineering. This position will be located Chantilly, VA with frequent travel to Springfield, VA. Responsibilities: u2022 Responsible for managing the entire Cyber Engineering organization and all of its sub-services for the TCS program u2022 Responsible for developing, executing, and implementing strategy for Cyber Engineering as adjudicated by the TCS Program Manager. u2022 Responsible for mitigating complex issues that often would require extensive research and analysis. u2022 Must be able to communicate and influence executive leadership, both within the customer organization and the CACI corporation, on recommended courses of action or solutions. u2022 Provide engineering expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, operations and sustainment of cybersecurity services that enhance the cybersecurity posture of NGA Programs, Systems, and the Enterprise. u2022 Lead the research, analysis, solution design and implementation planning of solutions for the modernization of existing cybersecurity solutions and infrastructures in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to include the Cybersecurity Operations Manager. u2022 Drive strategic technological innovation, demonstrating a breadth and depth of knowledge in all things related to the complex operations of cybersecurity services. u2022 Provide technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration advice on complex matters that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Requirements: u2022 Candidate must have a TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Polygraph u2022 Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, architecting u2022 designing or operating cybersecurity technologies with an emphasis in DoD capabilities. u2022 Demonstrated experience leading design and implementation of complex cyber security IT solutions on a large program ($100M+ total contract value). u2022 Demonstrated leadership experience serving as a chief architect, chief engineer, functional manager or team lead for a minimum of 5 years. u2022 Demonstrated experience modernizing complex enterprise cybersecurity systems. u2022 Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders. u2022 Certified DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical Officer (IAT) Level III and Information Assurance System Architecture and Engineering Specialist (IASAE) Level III. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering or IT-related discipline. An additional 10 years of experience in cybersecurity may be substituted in lieu of degree. u2022 TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph. u2022 Specialized experience (12+ years) in implementing, engineering, integrating, architecting, designing, cybersecurity technologies. u2022 Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience supporting an IC or DoD agency in adopting and transitioning systems and services to cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments. u2022 Demonstrated specialized experience applying ICD-503 Risk Management Framework, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications, Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) 1253, International Standards u2022 Experience presenting briefs to senior customer management and stakeholders. - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
