If youu2019re passionate about highway and roadway design and want to work on projects that shape Wisconsinu2019s transportation network, join our team as an experienced Highway Engineer.When you join us, youu2019ll be responsible for:u2022Preparing highway and roadway designs for WisDOT urban and rural projects, including interchanges, corridors, and major reconstruction efforts.u2022Developing detailed plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and design documentation for state highway projects.u2022Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers to deliver complex highway design solutions.u2022Participating in quality control reviews and assist with project coordination throughout all design phases.u2022Provide mentorship to junior staff#LM1236 u2022Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation focus preferred).u2022Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsinu20224-8 years of roadway/highway design experience, including WisDOT projects.u2022Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with Bentley OpenRoads a plus.u2022Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.u2022In-depth knowledge of WisDOT design standards, state highway specifications, and federal roadway guidelines.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
