Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Process a high volume of PO and non-PO vendor invoices across multiple platforms daily. u2022 Process freight invoices against freight contracts u2022 Coding invoices to multiple locations, accounts, and cost centers. u2022 Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with departmental policies and procedures. u2022 Tracks invoices through the approval process. u2022 Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports. u2022 Prepare EFT payments and print checks for vendor invoices semi-weekly in a timely manner. u2022 Record vendor wire and other manual payments into the financial system. u2022 Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and may assist with vendor maintenance. u2022 Review vendor statements for discrepancies to ensure timely receipt of invoices and payments. u2022 Monitors discount opportunities to ensure timely application with vendor payments. u2022 Manage AP Inbox to provide support to internal and external customers in a professional manner. u2022 Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Coding Invoices, Check Runs, Code Invoices, Invoice Processing Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
