Whether in the office, in the community, or via telehealth, youu2019ll help break down barriers to care and create meaningful change for children, adolescents, and adults. What Youu2019ll Do + Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages u2014 from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics. + Manage a diverse caseload (25 billable hours weekly) that may include trauma, co-occurring disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more. + Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings such as schools, shelters, residential programs, and individualu2019s homes. + Expand access for underserved populations by reducing barriers, preventing missed appointments, and building trust in natural environments. Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field. + Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting. + Licensed or license-eligible in MA. + Valid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation. + Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Compensation + Unlicensed Clinicians: $60,000 annually + monthly productivity bonus opportunity. + Licensed Clinicians: $65,000 annually + monthly incentive bonus opportunity.
