Powertrain Call Center Agent

Kelly Services in partnership with the Nissan is currently seeking an experienced mechanic skilled in powertrain to work in their Powertrain Call Center validating and authorizing the technician's diagnosis. This position is a full time, hourly, virtual/work from home opportunity. with an internationally recognized brand with opportunity for growth. + $24/hour, $25 for Master ASE Certificate + Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST availability required 8 hour shift will be within this time range + Occasional Saturday required: Time and a half compensation In this position, you will: + Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis. + Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures. + Provide excellent customer service via phone, emails, chat, etc., + Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions. + Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers + Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment. + Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications.
