Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide zealous representation for clients, maintaining the highest ethical standards. u2022 Oversee and manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from pre-litigation stages through trial. u2022 Communicate consistently with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the legal process. u2022 Analyze legal issues specific to each case, including reviewing insurance policies, settlement releases, and lien documentation. u2022 Draft and file various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery materials. u2022 Collaborate with adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance case progress. u2022 Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings. u2022 Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and success-driven environment. u2022 Stay updated on relevant laws and legal practices to ensure effective advocacy. Requirements u2022 Active member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar; Illinois license preferred. u2022 Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. u2022 Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience in plaintiff personal injury law. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. u2022 Demonstrated drive to achieve both individual and team success. u2022 Proficiency in drafting litigation documents and preparing for court hearings.
