Description Financial Analyst u2013 Real Estate Portfolio Location: Columbia, MD Employment Type: Permanent Compensation: $75,000 u2013 $100,000 + Bonus Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic organization to hire a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a diverse real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts for assigned properties + Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on monthly and quarterly close processes + Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and investment decisions + Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management + Prepare and present reports on revenue, NOI, occupancy, and other key metrics + Support asset management with lease and capital alternative modeling + Drive P& L forecasting and performance reporting at property and portfolio levels + Participate in organizational projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed If youu2019re ready to make an impact in a growing organization, apply today or contact Jim Meade at Robert Half.
