DescriptionTake on a key role at the heart of our operations by managing daily scheduling activities using a multiline phone system and a computerized database. In this position, you will respond to Swedish Medical Center requests for interpreters, screen incoming requests for service eligibility, review daily unassigned requests, and assign them to the appropriate service providers. You'll also help identify service gaps and offer customers clear guidance on the structure and service levels of Linguistic Services, including how to request or cancel interpreter services.You will play an important part in strengthening our systems by providing feedback on software parameters, periodically evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of assignment processes, procedures, and guidelines, and recommending improvements to both computerized and manual systems to enhance overall performance.Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
