We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Consultant to join our ERP Sales team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to help clients understand our products and solutions, ensuring they meet their business needs. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities for our cutting-edge ERP offerings Location: Fairfax, VA Dallas/Belton, TX Denver, CO Knoxville, TN Lafayette, LA Henderson, NV. Hybrid role (2u20133 days/week onsite at one of the following CGI office locations). Your future duties and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities u2022 Solution Evangelism & Demos o Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations of CGI Advantage to state and local government clients. o Build and maintain demo environments across sample use cases for cities, counties, states, and K-12. o Showcase CGI Advantage technical differentiators to best position the platform against our competition. u2022 Presales & RFP/RFI Support o Lead presales discovery sessions with prospective clients to capture requirements and map them to CGI Advantage technical solutions. o Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, including compliance checklists, and narratives. o Develop win themes using competitor analysis and positioning of CGI Advantage SaaS. u2022 Solution Design & Integrations o Collaborate with clients to define use cases, and integrations with Advantage and third-party systems. o Translate business requirements into solution blueprints leveraging CGI Advantage and PowerBI. u2022 Stakeholder Engagement o Act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholdersu2014CIOs, program managers, and IT leaders. o Partner with CGI Product Management and Engineering teams to bring client feedback into the CGI Advantage roadmap. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 5 + years of proven experience in Technical Sales or similar role, ERP solution sales, preferably in commercial or public sector environments. u2022 Strong understanding of ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, CGI Advantage, CGI Momentum, etc.) & Cloud Solutions. u2022 Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused solutions. u2022 Excellent communication, presentation skills, Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. u2022 Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships that lead to significant bookings. u2022 Understanding of systems integration, managed services, and IT consulting. u2022 Ability to confidently engage with senior-level stakeholders and drive strategic conversations. u2022 Willingness to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing and post-sale engagement. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 - $113,100.00.
