As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to be part of marquee projects currently supporting Ohio.u00a0B&N Environmental Engineer Responsibilities:- Manage civil projects including civil/site design for industrial development, due diligence assessments for industrial development siting, stormwater management facilities, and design of recreational facilities from preliminary design through permitting and construction- Support the planning and design of challenging projects that may include stream and wetland restoration, groundwater remediation, industrial wastewater treatment systems, and/or wastewater reuse projects- Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk for projects- Participate and/or lead the preparation of permitting and construction documentation preparation for projects- Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience- Represent B&N in client meetings and at marketing functions- Participate in strategic business planning, development of client relationship programs, and assessment of new business opportunities- Ability to complete stormwater and engineering calculations- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering teamu00a0Skills & Qualifications:u00a0- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program- P.E. registration in Ohio or ability to register through reciprocity- A minimum of 10 years' related experience is required- Previous experience managing projects from preliminary design through permitting and construction is required- Microsoft Office experience required- Strong communication skills, quality control, and organization skills are essential to the success of this role.- Desire and ability to work in a group setting and to mentor junior staff members supporting projects.
