Central to this role is the administration of the Executive Lab Leader Program, which engages approximately 100 industry professionals annually to deliver applied, skills-based lab sessions complementing MBA coursework.The Director is responsible for identifying, recruiting, training, and supporting these professionals to ensure high-quality, practice-oriented learning experiences that align with program objectives. Beyond lab management, the Director will cultivate sustainable partnerships with companies, alumni, and executive-level professionals to create a robust ecosystem of experiential opportunities, including project-based collaborations, mentorships, and guest speaking engagements.This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic vision, and operational excellence to strengthen Fox's connection to industry and enhance students' professional readiness. The Director serves as a visible ambassador of the school's commitment to integrating real-world business experience into graduate education.Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience in higher education program management, non-profit or volunteer management, employer partnerships, experiential learning, or a related field An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Preferred Education and Experience MBA or other relevant master's degree Experience managing volunteers or external stakeholders Experience with Salesforce or contact management platforms Experience with budget forecast and expenditure tracking Experience working with corporate or non-profit sectors to match stakeholders to educational or experiential programmingRequired Skills and Abilities Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and constituencies simultaneously Highly skilled in both oral and written communication Ability to build interpersonal relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Skilled in planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset Ability to monitor and manage budgets effectively Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other standard software applicationsThis position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.Temple University is committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all in every aspect of its operations, including employment, service, and educational programs.
