Job Summary We are seeking a workplace and portfolio analyst to lead development of dashboards and reporting from complex datasets to support corporate workplace strategy and real estate portfolio planning. Responsibilities include overseeing data stewardship and analytics for our new IWFM and Access Control systems, ensuring high-integrity data, standardized reporting, and system integration for effective analysis and decision support. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build analytics tools and models that guide decisions throughout the real estate lifecycle, helping foster a data-driven culture at North America's largest food service provider. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Lead and support data-driven workplace and portfolio initiatives and routines related to space planning, utilization, physical security, associate experience, portfolio planning, and lease administration. u00b7 Ability to build dashboards, models and scenario analyses using Power BI and similar analytical tools u00b7 Owner and SME of large-scale workplace and portfolio datasets u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, physical security, IT, and legal, to support workplace, safety, and real estate routines and initiatives u00b7 Lead implementation and administration of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to improve the efficiency of seat and space allocation, as well as facilitate the sharing and review of space and associate data for workplace safety purposes. u00b7 Administration of new Access Control System (badge) and Security Camera Systems u00b7 Utilize and integrate multiple data sources to measure past attendance and predict future occupancy to define portfolio and workplace requirements for HQ and other markets to facilitate development of proactive occupancy strategies u00b7 Assist with Portfolio Management and Lease Administration by analyzing real estate data, standardizing reporting, and developing insights to support decision-making u00b7 Ability to support and lead special projects Qualifications: u00b7 A genuine interest in enhancing a data driven culture in Workplace and Portfolio Management u00b7 Degree in MIS, Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics/Science, or related field, or 3+ years of analyst experience with large datasets and dashboards. u00b7 Demonstrated capability to develop proficiency in, and manage, systems such as Access Control, Physical Security, and IWMS platforms. u00b7 Ability to work with large, complex data sets to develop meaningful insights u00b7 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. u00b7 Works effectively with others and delivers quality results. u00b7 Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with expertise using Power BI and Excel. u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u00b7 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio management, or lease administration. u00b7 Proficiency with real estate management or workplace management software u00b7 Skilled in SQL, and similar data management tools.
