Job Summary: The Construction Job Site Coordinator coordinatesall aspects of Werner's supplied parts and orders to and fromcustomer's job sites. These locations could be across the Wisconsinarea. Hours: Generally, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through FridayCompensation: $25-30/hr based on experience with annual bonus EssentialFunctions Full on-site material management, including, but not limitedto: product ordering, product movement, product delivery to electricians(including Werner supplied material and material from other 3rd partydistributors). Communicate and work as a partner with the contractorteam. Conduct product storage and inventory at the jobsite. Deliverproduct to specified areas of job site utilizing power equipmentincluding (RDC) lull and fork lift. Collaborate with Werner CustomerService Representatives, Purchasing and Operations teams. Responsiblefor returning product to the Regional Distribution Center according tocompany operating procedures. Determine and arrange the most efficientdelivery method of products supplied by Werner and vendor partners.Partner with Werner delivery team to coordinate special deliveries.Provide customer service and support as main contact between Werner andcustomer. Set up and relocate fabrication stations/areas on job site asrequested. Complete approved prefabrication services. Process and stagewire orders in an efficient and accurate manner. Clean, maintain and 5Swarehouse, office, break trailers, and lifts. Follow all Contractor jobsite safety requirements and Werner safety requirements.
