JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE: The Sales and Leasing Specialist is responsiblefor all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the community. This positionwill be instrumental in driving asset performance through systematic andintegrated marketing communications for each individual property as wellas the portfolio as a whole. The employee is expected to develop anadvanced knowledge of the industry and the ability to employ creativeand analytical methods to drive occupancy. The position requiresflexibility to understand property-specific idiosyncrasies as well as tofacilitate and manage the marketing process by coordinating with fieldand sales personnel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working side by side withCommunity Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure allfinancial goals are met - Ensuring and strong and well-managed internetpresence for designated community; monitor review and report on allmarketing activity and results - Analyzing current market conditions andcompetitor information to develop and implement marketing plans andprojects for existing assets - Manage lead tracking by making contactand follow up Leads generated through marketing efforts and document allcorrespondence with database - Build and maintain strong relationshipswith potential residents and their families looking to move into thecommunity and effectively communicate the mission of Lakeshore -Effectively market our community through networking, sales, advertising,public relations and community events - Identify, establish and maintainpositive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partnersto insure on-going referrals and continued opportunities to promote thecommunity QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED required -Business, sales, or marketing experience preferred - Experience indeveloping and maintaining marketing strategies-hands on experience -Technical marketing skills - Proven experience in customer service,sales and market research - Experience with computer proficiency andrelevant software applications - Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequently required to sit;Frequently required to talk, listen and email; While performing theduties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usuallymoderate; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds. COMPENSATION:$55K - $58,000.00/Yr with a total compensation of up to$110,000.00/Yr (Base plus Commission -Based on experience). Thisposition requires to work two Saturdays a month.
