We're lookingfor a Care Team Specialist (CTS) to join our collaborative,patient-centered clinic team. In this role, you'll play a key part insupporting both clinical and administrative workflows to ensurehigh-quality care and a smooth patient experience. Dailyresponsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs,collecting medical histories, preparing for visits, and assisting withexams and procedures. You'll also manage test results based onprotocols, support Epic in-basket and MyChart workflows, return patientcalls, and help coordinate ongoing care. This position works closelywith nurses and medical providers to support the overall management ofpatient care. Qualified candidates must have completed training as aMedical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Paramedic, or EMTfrom an accredited program. JobSpecific Minimum Qualifications Must meet the requirements for a MedicalAssistant (MA), a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or an EMT as describedbelow: Medical Assistants must have successfully completed an MAtraining program from an accredited school or program and must beeligible for and receive national certification within six (6) months ofemployment or must have three years of MA experience and have currentnational certification.
