JOB REQUIREMENTS: Structural Project Engineer Madison, WI IMEG isseeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Madison, Wisconsinteam. In this role, you will lead design efforts and collaborate withsenior staff to deliver innovative structural solutions for buildingsand other structures. You will work closely with engineers, consultants,and clients to provide engineering analysis, design, and implementationoversight, ensuring projects meet IMEG's high standards and clientexpectations. Advance your career by designing resilient, high-impactstructures with a national leader in structural innovation. PrincipalResponsibilities Lead design efforts for the analysis and design ofstructural systems using engineering software and tools to createdetailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to coderequirements and IMEG standards. Interact with clients to understandneeds, gather project requirements, and communicate technicalinformation effectively. Support project execution as part of a team,leading planning, budgeting, and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines andobjectives. Document design decisions and client instructions whilemonitoring project progress and budget. Analyze engineering problems andpropose innovative solutions in collaboration with senior engineers andconsultants. Provide in-process design reviews and implement IMEGquality control processes to ensure compliance with industry and clientstandards. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, andbest practices in structural engineering; contribute to research andinnovation efforts. Prioritize safety and conduct oneself ethically andprofessionally in all engineering work. Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that meetproject goals. Identify potential project problems and seek advice fromthe Project Manager. Oversee projects through their full life cycle,including developing designs, construction documents, and participatingin construction administration duties such as reviewing submittals,RFIs, and conducting job site observations. Required Qualifications andSkills Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil, Structural, orArchitectural Engineering, or equivalent, required Master's Degree (MS)in Structural Engineering preferred Professional Engineer (PE) Licensepreferred Structural Engineer (SE) License and/or passed the StructuralEngineer (SE) Exam preferred 5 years of experience minimum required, 6preferred, in the building design consulting...
