PositionOverview The Sr. Application Analyst will work on business systemsdesign and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements forassigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for SAPapplication end-users, the Sr. Application Analyst will work to identifyissues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impactother application teams, and work to resolve them. The Sr. ApplicationAnalyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and testsystems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated withplatform performance and opportunities to enable business processes andrequirements. The Sr. Application Analyst will act as a mentor to junioranalysts on the team, support questions, and may delegate activities toother analysts. This is a hybrid role and will be based in our Madison,WI office location. Relocation assistance provided to those not local tothe area and willing to relocate Essential Duties Include, but are notlimited to, the following: Responsible for business systems design andconfiguration, and upgrades and improvements for low to mediumcomplexity applications. Design and implement solutions to a wide rangeof difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical.Responsible for independent development and configuration of an assignedapplication. Identify issues that arise in the application area as wellas issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges. Createand maintain system documentation. Lead the estimation of enhancement orsupport requests. Guide workflow design, configure and test systemchanges, and analyze technical issues. Liaise with business systemsstakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff to ensurealignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes.
