Job Description Summary: We are recruiting for a Sr. OperationsAnalyst who must have excellent organizational and analytical skills. The Sr. OperationsAnalystwill work directly with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, andFinance business teams to ensure accurate and proper costing and toperform financial and operational analyses to drive results and sounddecision making in support of the company's goals and objectives. TheSr. Operations Analyst also has responsibilities to support the externalaudit, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements that come with working for apublic company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Fiscal Close: Runvariety of reports required for fiscal close Prepare and enter month JEsassociated with inventory and COGS accounts Prepare monthly accountreconciliations with supporting documentation Work with differentdepartment to obtain needed information for monthly fiscal close Prepareand analyze quarterly FOB origin calculation and make requisite entriesStandard Costs and PPV: Reviewing of new standards and activation ofcosts in all Accuray Service companies Assist with reviewing and settingof new standards for Madison and Chengdu Manufacturing Facilities.Perform variance analysis related to capitalized variances specificallyPPV. Inventory: Ownership of Perpetual Inventory for multiple entitiesAssist with research on general inventory questions. Analyze and assistwith the quarterly DHL to SAP reconciliation.
