Proactively serve the needs ofexisting Lake Ridge Financial clients by nurturing and strengtheningrelationships. Deepen Financial Advisory relationships in assignedmarkets. Actively seek and respond to referrals from other bankemployees. Regularly attend internal and external meetings to promotebusiness development. Pursue ongoing education to maintain licenses andprofessional designations. Participate in peer group meetings withLPL-Institutional Services. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a minimum of 5years' experience in sales or in assisting clients with financialneeds. Series 7, 6, or 63 licenses. Life and Health licenses. Strongworking knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, investments, andfinancial/retirement planning. Understanding of the liabilitiesassociated with the bank acting as a fiduciary for individuals andentities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbaland written) to interact with a diverse client base. Strongorganizational and time management skills. Current knowledge of wealthmanagement market and industry issues/regulations. Demonstrated abilityto exercise independent judgment. Ability to prioritize, multitask, andremain composed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong typing/keyboarding skills,and the ability/willingness to learn new programs and software.
