KPMG is currently seeking anAssociate, Operational Continuity & Compliance to join our Digital NexusTechnology team.Responsibilities: Lead and support complianceinitiatives, including audit and monitoring activities, correctiveaction plan management, and advanced data analytics Oversee andcontinuously improve user access management processes, ensuringalignment with internal policies and industry best practices for accessprovisioning, periodic access reviews, and privileged account managementConduct risk assessments and root cause analyses to identify potentialcompliance gaps, escalating issues as appropriate, and drive effectiveremediation Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for allcompliance matters, including corrective action plans, issue summaries,and executive reports, ensuring clarity, traceability, and regulatoryreadiness Leverage advanced analytical and research skills toproactively identify emerging risks and recommend enhancements tocompliance and access management frameworks, and coordinate and supportinternal and external audit activities, serving as a subject matterexpert on compliance and user access controls Foster strongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting aculture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, aswell as ensure timely and effective communication of compliancerequirements and changes to relevant stakeholders Act with integrity,professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG'srespectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum oneyear of recent experience in data...
