JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description General Summary The NDT Advanced ServicesCWI Inspector is responsible for performing visual inspections on weldedproducts and structures to ensure that work produced by welders meetsspecifications in NDT services. Essential Job Functions Maintains asafe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customersafety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting othersregarding potential hazards or concern Performs all duties as assignedand adheres to TEAM's Core Values. Performs internal and externalinspections to determine if welded products and structures meet theacceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document. Properlyinterprets regulations, codes, and industry standards. Ensures work isimplement as required by project specifications. Compiles and submitscompleted inspection reports in a timely manner. Completes theInspection, Test Plan and status report. Reviews surveillance documentsfor any issues. Schedules and conducts Pre-Inspection municates regularly with customers on scheduling activities asdetailed by the customer. Plans travel and surveillance activities/visits to effectively utilize time and minimize expenses. Maintains theInspection Folder. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentpreferred Previous industry related inspection experience preferred.SCWI, CWI or CAWI certification required. Must be able to pass a VisionTest. Travel Requirements: 0% - 50% Work Conditions Position is basedout of a branch or site location. Field duties require indoor andoutdoor work in a plant atmosphere Interaction with other crewemployees, as well as supervisors and client personnel Working in plantand/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levelsMust be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safetydepartment for personal protection May be at more than one job site in aday and must be able to tolerate climate changes May be required totravel out of town on a periodic basis Physical and Mental RequirementsAbility to lift and carry75 pounds Must be able to walk and climb exceptwhen performing non-field duties Sufficient clarity of speech andhearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonableaccommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectivelySufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or withoutreasonable accommodations, which permits employee to investigationsSufficient manual...
